Cat is a corporate advisory specialist working for a not-for-profit business. She focuses on client delivery, collaboration, and problem-solving. She has experience across mergers and acquisitions, project finance and strategy engagements, and has worked across private sector and government clients throughout her career. Cat always had a passion for purpose and in January 2019 moved into her current role at Adara Partners which combines her desire to give back with her corporate finance expertise. As Corporate Advisory Director, she manages the day to day operations of the boutique corporate advice firm, whose sole purpose is to generate profits to fund all overheads and emergency project costs of Adara Development, Adara’s not-for-profit arm. Adara Development delivers Maternal Newborn Child Health projects and Remote Community Development projects in Uganda and Nepal respectively. Her previous experience is diverse, having studied science at university and dabbled in science communication before joining the world of professional services. At EY, Cat worked briefly in audit, then as a transactions financial advisor and lead advisor. In London, she was closely aligned to the renewable energy sector, and developments in this sector continue to be one of her key interests today.
