Jacqui is an experienced coach and senior executive with 25 years industry experience. With detailed knowledge of implementing gender diversity in many workplaces, Jacqui coaching focus is predominantly with women: transitioning to or already in executive roles; becoming a working parent; seeking increased flexibility or developing more sustainable careers. Passionate to create cultures that are more supportive of diversity and inclusion Jacqui has held corporate roles with organisations such as Allens, Ford Motor Company, Shell Australia, Orica, Arthur Andersen, EY, NBN, Grant Thornton/ Fordham and Newcrest Mining. Past board member of Diversity Council Australia, continuing DCA Research Committee and D&I Australian HR Institute Advisory Committee member. Jacqui’s PhD explored the latest thinking related to management and employee perspectives of work/life benefits in large multinationals.
