Jenny Morris is the CEO of the Orijen Group, a boutique consultancy specialising in the design of coaching and mentoring programs to increase number of women in leadership. She works with executives in national and global corporations, in the Public Service and across all industry groups. With a career spanning 30 years in the leadership space, for the last 2 decades she has been specialising in designing programs to build more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Her national mentoring program for women in IT was the winner of the EOWA award for the ‘most outstanding initiative and results for women in the workplace’.
Jenny is the founder and chair of Women for Election Australia, a not-for-profit which provides programs to inspire and inform women to enter politics.
In 2014, she was recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence for her work in creating a bolder and more diverse future for Australians.
