Carden is a business owner, financial services PR & marketing expert, passionate believer in women’s economic empowerment and mother of three. In 2004, a year after the birth of twin daughters, she co-founded BlueChip Communication, Australia’s leading financial services PR and marketing firm.

Three years later, and ten days after the birth of her son, BlueChip was recognised as a BRW Fast Starter and one of the top 25 PR firms in Australia. As a consultant she leads a team who help financial services leaders manage their most important currency: buy-in and belief. The firm specialises in game changing PR, marketing and content for fund managers, insurers, fintech firms, financial advisers, super funds and lenders, among others. The firm’s purpose is to help clients thrive so that Australians have better financial futures.

Carden also Chairs the Advisory Board of Rare Birds, a for-purpose business, and has served on the Boards of the NSW Paralympic Organisation and Entrepreneurs Organisation Sydney. Her children are 17 and 13.
