Di Mantell loves to achieve the impossible and breakdown stereotypes. Di is the Chief Executive Officer of Celsus in Adelaide South Australia.
Celsus is the consortium that manages and maintains the world leading and the “3rd most expensive building in the world” Royal Adelaide Hospital under a Public Private Partnership framework with the South Australian Government.

Di has held several roles from ballroom and Latin American dance instructor to Executive Director of Nursing in Kalgoorlie, General Manager of the largest (hospital) services contract at Fiona Stanley Hospital to Chief Executive Officer of Celsus the 1st public private partnership in South Australia.

Di’s achievements include in July 2021 delivering the refinancing of the $2.2bn RAH with the 1st healthcare sustainability loan globally, the 1st sustainability loan in Australia, the largest healthcare ESG loan in the Asia Pacific and the largest project finance labelled loan in Australia and extension of the facility management services contract for a further 5 years.

Di was a judge for the Telstra Best of Business small and medium size business awards 2022 and was a State finalist for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards 2021.

National Infrastructure Awards Nomination for the Women’s Achievement in Infrastructure Award.

Mentor of the 1st and 2nd Australian (ACHSM) Mental Health Leaders Fellowship Programs.

Di holds a Bachelor of Health Science (mgmt.) and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management and a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
