Chief Customer Officer
Jo Dooley joined Microsoft in July 2018 and is currently Chief Customer Officer for the Consulting practice
In this role Jo is responsible for all of Microsoft’s Consulting services across Australia to empower customers to enable their own digital transformation. In July 2020, Jo was awarded a WW Microsoft “Founders award”, recognising the top 25 employees globally for her outstanding business results and focus on client outcomes.
Prior to Microsoft, Jo was the Director of Client Services at SEEK, where she was charged to lead the 300+ client services team to solve hirers’ problems across the human capital marketplace. Jo managed the SEEK ANZ P&L and was responsible for over $400m revenue per annum, and led business development, account management, customer service, client training and operations.
Prior to SEEK, Jo spent 16 years with IBM where she held leadership roles across strategy, sales, client relationship teams, operations and marketing, across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Jo was part of the IBM Australia board, reporting to the CEO and was also a member of the IBM diversity council.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Western Sydney University and was awarded a Chief Executive Women (CEW) scholarship in 2018 to attend the Executive Development Programme at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Jo is also a director on the NSW Board of the Starlight Children’s Foundation and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors certification.
She lives in Sydney with her husband and four teenage/ young adult children and a dog named Gary.
