A move into Human Resources leadership positions over the past 15 years covers strategy, organisation design and development, transformational change, HR services and issues management, HR systems, analytics and reporting, talent management, workforce planning, industrial relations and recruitment.
Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute and a past AHRI council representative and holds membership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
