With 20 + years experience in the Health & Safety Profession, for the last 2 years Stephanie has been working in an Innovation role with the Safety Team at BlueScope Steel. This is an absolutely fascinating role where she has been able to connect with other organisations and professionals to bring new learning and knowledge into the business in both traditional safety but also health & wellbeing. Stephanie loves the challenge of introducing new ideas and thinking to people, building relationships and connecting people around a new idea or initiative. She has 2 young children, Sophie and Ben and a love of Yoga and all things sustainable (bees, chooks and veggie gardens make for a chaotic home!)
