With over twenty years’ experience in all aspects of Program and Project Management for defence, government and commercial organisations, both locally and overseas, Tracy is recognised for being able to deliver performance at all levels of an organisation and has a proven track record managing programs and teams in a highly professional manner taking the necessary steps to ensure stakeholder satisfaction whilst being flexible with changing priorities.
Acting not only as the line manager and contractor liaison, Tracy has filled roles as the site superintendent and is currently the Client Relationship Manager for Defence with a focus on the Defence Mediums Program within Capital Facilities and Infrastructure.
Tracy’s biggest strengths as a leader is open communication, empathy, determination and commitment to teamwork. She is focused and diligent about building relationships on a personal level and maintains a close connection to the teams she has previously worked with.
As testament to this success, Tracy has received a scholarship from Women in Leadership Australia and has been nominated for several awards including ICT Women of year, AIPM Project Manager of the Year, ACS Best Practice Improvement, Corporate Project of the Year for National Airport Industry and the Chairman’s Award for Professional Excellence.
Along with the above responsibilities, Tracy is an advocate for continued learning and has been part of numerous graduate programs working together with local universities to establish strong partnerships that benefit both the students and wider industry. Tracy is a current member of the PCA Diversity Committee and actively takes part in a range of mentoring programs like 500 Women in Property, Girls in Property and the NAWIC CEO Shadowing programs.
