REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

To move your ticket to another walk, you can log into EventBrite and move your ticket at the latest 72 hours prior to your walk date. There is a $3.00 transfer fee to cover the admin cost of EventBrite. For refunds, you can log into EventBrite and request a refund if your walk date is 7 days out. Refunds cannot be processed within 7 days of your walk date. All transfers and refunds must be done via EventBrite and cannot be done by the Mentor Walks team.

A note on "no shows". If you don’t let us know you cannot attend and don't show up to your walk without notifying us, you won’t be invited back to Mentor Walks. This is because our walks are carefully curated, and if we don’t have time to plan properly, it impacts the other people in your group. 

COVID POLICY

Should government restrictions be put in place that restrict our events from taking place, risk the health and safety of our attendees or limit the event from being enjoyed, we reserve the right to change the venue, date or event format to virtual. Should this occur MW will contact all ticket holders in to advise the changes by email as well as offer ticket date changes or refunds.

DELIVERY POLICY

After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your transaction details and ticket (to the email address you have provided). It should arrive within 5 minutes. If this information does not arrive please check your spam folder (or promotions if you are using Gmail). Alternatively log into EventBrite and have your ticket resent - please make sure your email address is correct.

SECURITY STATEMENT

Credit Card processing for online registrations is provided by EventBrite. They process online credit card transactions for millions of global merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.

PRICES

All prices are inclusive of GST.

CANVASSING 

Canvassing is prohibited at Mentor Walks events. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event/forum except by event sponsors.

CANCELLATIONS

If we need to cancel an event for any reason, we may do so at any time before it is scheduled to begin. You will receive a full refund or you can choose to attend another walk within that current calendar year.

THEFT OR INJURY

By purchasing a ticket to Mentor Walks you agree that we are not responsible for any theft or injury that may occur on the day / during the walk.
