Succeeding in our careers doesn't just happen. All of us need advice, help and networks to get clarity and opportunities.
As entrepreneurs and businesswomen, we know that finding wise people to guide you isn't easy, so we started Mentor Walks to make it easier to find support and networks that will help you.
We also know the research - that mentoring is a key contributor to career success; that walking and talking comes easily to most women; and that exercise helps us think creatively and clearly!
Our thanks to our friend, the marvellous Michelle Garnaut AO, who started Mentor Walks in China and to the hundreds of women who walk and talk with us every month and help each other step their careers forward.
